Super-Vacs

Our Super 750 makes cleaning pits or pumping mud a one man operation:

Through the combination of a powerful vacuum pump and vacuum tank that provides vacuum loading and pneumatic unloading.

A 31 hp Briggs Vangaurd OHV engine drives both the hydraulic and vacuum pumps.

The contents of the pit are removed through a 3" aluminum suction line and 25' of 3" flexible vacuum hose.

10 gal. FHWA approved steel fuel tank.
Heavy Duty tandem Torflex axles with electric brakes.
Radial 245/75/R16 (load range E) tires.

Pintel Hitch, or 2 5/16" ball coupler.
Tool Kit

- 16" Lawn Sweep extension
- 1' Duck Bill extension (45°)

The rear door opens automatically when the tank is raised to dump. The tank closes and seals when lowered. A heavy rubber seal located on the inside edge of the door provides an air and water tight seal. The door is adjustable so it can be refitted as the seal wears.

	Powerful 450 cfm vacuum pump Vacuum pump develops 14 inches of mercury vacuum continuous inside the tank. The 31 hp Briggs Vangaurd engine drives both the hydraulic and vacuum pumps. The vacuum pump is equipped with an automatic lubrication system. A single hydraulic lever controls the hoist system. Another lever controls the pneumatic breaking system.

Extra 25' lengths of 3" vacuum hose with couplers.
Extra 3" aluminum suction tubes:
- Extra suction tubes are available in lengths of: 8, 10, and 15 feet.
- 3" Duckbill suction wand with couplers (5')
(Note: the standard suction tube is 5' long. We recommend using a suction tube that
is 48" longer than the depth of the pit for ease of handling and reduced back fatigue.)

We also have 1 gal. jugs of Amakon® 32 or 68 wt. oil for your vacuum pump.
- (The vacuum pump uses 1 gal. per 25 hours of operation.)
