“Purchased a Ring-O-Matic 550 way back in 1994. This is the clam shell version that mounts in the back of a pick up truck. To me, it’s the BEST machine to get the job done with the LEAST amount of effort. No heavy lifting, no holding onto a vacuum hose that can literally knock you on the ground. I would not clean my car wash pits any other way. I’m even thinking about adding the 1000T unit for pit cleaning, also a clam shell machine.”

“I bought a Ring-O-Matic 2000T pit digger about eight years ago. I asked for a special modification I wanted to try & they added it without any cost increase. At delivery time they met me half way at no charge! After about two years of use I had a major problem with the hyd. cylinders (they shattered) and were out of warranty. I called them and explained the situation and without any hesitation they said they would come pick it up and repair it. One of the owners came, repaired it like new and brought it back to me at NO CHARGE!
